We were tasked by Adobe to create a social campaign in partnership with musical artist, Billie Eilish. Inspired by the release of her album When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, we invited her fans to collaborate with Billie in creating a unique piece of artwork together that answered that very question. To kick off the challenge, we partnered with Interscope Records to create a promotional video and shoot photography that would be used in the campaign. With the concept of dreams in mind, we created a look and feel for the campaign that played with the idea of surrealism, hyperbole and distortion — abstract states that tend to haunt us in our dreams. Overlaying distorted typography on top of photography visualizes the juxtaposition of reality vs. a dream world.
